KFT renovated their first property in 2016 in Moll Street where we renovated the bathrooms, kitchen & living room. Later on, in 2016 we have also build a braai room for the owners who loves a good braai with good friends! Their expectations were definitely exceeded!
In 2017 we renovated one of our own commercial properties in Jan Van Riebeeck Drive in Paarl. We renovated this property from a food distribution shop to an open plan showroom! This property is now being rented out to a client of ours. This was a big project but it was fun.
In 2018, we also started with renovations and ended up building an apartment on the property. This unit was converted from a double garage. After 2 months of having this neat apartment, they decided to build a second one from scratch! This was another successful project with another happy house owner!
Also in 2018, we decided to build our very own office building. Along with our construction friend, Charles, who helped us with building these neat offices. It was a very long, but when it came to an end, the end results shocked us. This was another successful project and KFT will definitely take on another project like this in the future!
