Our Residential Properties:
KFT bought their 1st property in 2016 in Langebaan, which they renovated and sold again in 2016 along with a plot next to the property. Also in 2016, Mynhardt, one of the trustees, bought his house in Moll Street. For 2 years he lived in the house himself and renovated the house. In 2017 KFT rented out 2 properties in Patriot Street, which was also neatly renovated and then early in 2018 was sold. After selling the Moll Street & Patriot Street houses, KFT bought a 4 bedroom house in Northern Paarl and also a 3 bedroom house n Northern Paarl. The 3 bedroom house is still being rented out to tenants but is also in the market to be sold.
Our Commercial Properties:
In 2016. KFT already owned their commercial property in Jan Van Riebeeck Drive that was turned into a showroom. This property is now in the market to be sold but is still occupied by the tenants.
In 2018 KFT bought their own factory, which was also renovated at the office's department of the factory.
